Equity is our “center of gravity” here at the i3 Institute. We believe that long-term, ongoing, personal relationships, are crucial in supporting transformational life-long outcomes.
OUR NAME, OUR NORMS
INQUIRY – We cultivate curiosity in order to uncover deeper questions versus providing surface or generic solutions.
INTENTION – We plan for complex problems and complex possibilities. Learning and leading by leaning INTO tension, paradox, and healthy debate.
INNOVATION – We believe diversity and multiple perspectives have the power to propel toward new ideas and opportunities.
We believe that inquiry driven, long term, ongoing, and trusting relationships are crucial in all journeys of learning and transformation, especially when it comes to DEI and systems change. Collectively, we have the power to create conditions for positive community impact; starting with ourselves. Through our network of expert facilitators, coaches, peer mentors and research partners, the I3 Institute offers a comprehensive, 21st Century systems approach to inquiry, equity, research, and design thinking across the learning continuum: classrooms to board rooms.

i3 Institute is the sister organization for Center of Gravity lab-schools who are dedicated to implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at their core, alongside of a unique STEM/Design instructional framework.
